Brunel SP400 Trinocular

The Brunel SP400 is a quality multipurpose universal microscope that has both transmitted and incident illumination systems, and can be used for the study of conventional slide preparations and the surface of opaque objects. The quintuple objective turret is equipped with excellent long working distance infinity corrected plan objectives, that are parfocal with spring loaded front lenses in the x40 and x80 lenses. The SP400 is supplied with x10 widefield eyepieces as standard. x15, x20 and measuring eyepieces are available as accessories.

The large rectangular mechanical stage has long arm drop down controls and a removable glass centre that allows transmitted illumination and also serves as a support for opaque specimens. The substage condenser is fully focusing and centring with iris diaphragm and filter carrier. Stage and objective safety stops.
